What's the hottest place to be on a Friday night?

That's easy ... the Oxford Hotel at Taylor Square.

For those of us who enjoy a drink at the end of the week, Furry Friday at the Oxford is a bear magnet. There's masculine men (and those who love them!), music and those flashing lights that send epileptics into a daze. The night is so good, there's sometimes a queue to get in. But just show your Harbour City Bears membership card, and you'll get priority queue jump and be mingling with bears before you know it. (Not a member? A club representative can sign you up on the night, so you'll never have the embarrassment of standing out on the street again.) Leave the car at home, get here by public transport, and have a really good time.

The friendly bar staff love having the bears ... I've been known to have the odd one myself; it's definitely habit forming.
